Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Zhixing is a B2B information service platform connecting certified Chinese pre-owned vehicle export suppliers with global buyers. We provide vehicle listings, supplier search, inspection report access and order coordination services. Zhixing does not directly participate in vehicle transactions, hold vehicle inventory, or act as a buyer or seller in any transaction.

2. Account Registration & Use

1. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
2. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
3. You are responsible for all activities under your account and must not transfer or lend your account to third parties.
4. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Platform Rules

1. Users must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, smuggling, intellectual property infringement, or other illegal activities.
2. Vehicle listings posted by suppliers must be truthful and accurate; false listings or misleading descriptions are prohibited.
3. Buyer communications must be based on genuine procurement intent; malicious behavior or platform disruption is prohibited.
4. Users must not scrape platform data using crawlers, bots, or other automated means.

4. Intellectual Property

1. The Zhixing platform (including website interface, logo, copy, images, database structure, algorithms, and code) is owned by Zhixing and protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws.
2. Content posted by users on the platform (vehicle listings, company profiles, etc.) grants Zhixing a free, non-exclusive license for platform operation purposes.
3. No one may copy, modify, distribute, mirror, or otherwise use platform content without Zhixing's written permission.

5. Disclaimer

1. As an information service platform, Zhixing does not guarantee the truthfulness, completeness, or transaction performance quality of supplier vehicle listings.
2. Zhixing is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, cyber attacks, system maintenance, or third-party service failures.
3. Transaction disputes between users shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties; Zhixing may provide transaction records for reference but assumes no liability for dispute outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhixing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, loss of goodwill, or data loss). Zhixing's aggregate liability shall under no circumstances exceed the total service fees paid by you to Zhixing in the preceding twelve months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances: (a) violation of any provision of these Terms; (b) as required by law or government authorities; (c) prolonged account inactivity; (d) security risk or fraud suspicion. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) shall continue in effect.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court where Zhixing is domiciled.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be prominently posted on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
